# BPTracker

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/VVMlH1rZcqQ?si=LRhPfFMK9F0Ri-yj>" %}

*Applies to BPTracker 1.0 on Unreal Engine 5.0 – 5.8. Menu paths follow UE 5.8, but everything works the same way on older versions.*

Welcome! BPTracker keeps a diary for your assets. Every time you save a Blueprint, Material, Niagara System, Data Table — almost anything — BPTracker writes down exactly **what changed, when, and by whom**, and lets you browse it as a readable timeline. If you have ever opened a Blueprint and thought *"…who changed this, and what else did they touch?"* — this plugin is for you.

You don't need source control, and you don't need to change how you work. Install it, keep working as usual, and the history builds itself.
